Flat per File Fee
Loan Officers have a flat payment of $1,250 per file. Once they reach the annual cap of $20,000, all the loan income is directed to the Loan Officer. They no longer pay the $1,250 fee. Learn more about the Best LO Comp in the Industry here.

#CapOut after Closing 16 Loans
_
After closing 16 loans and paying the per- file fee of $1,250, Loan Officers will reach the $20,000 cap annually. Then, all income on the loan goes to the Loan Officer.
Loan Officer must have closed a minimum of six loans in the last 12 months to join the team.
Free Credit Reports
We provide credit reports at no cost to the Loan Officer or the client with specific lenders.

EPO Waivers

Loan Officers pay zero EPO fees if another originating company pays off the new loan within six months with specific lenders.
Business Development
& Leads
We provide Mortgage, Realtor, and Loan Officer leads for LOs interested in building a team.
